I am a sucker for anything with melty cheese.

Ultimate vacation destination?
I would like to someday eat my way through all of Italy.

Dream dinner party guests?
Too many to list but would include Anthony Bourdain (rest in peace), David Chang, Nick Offerman, Alton Brown, Nancy Silverton, Seth Rogan, Lidia Bastianich, Eddie Vedder… Needless to say, it would be a very interesting dinner party.

Favorite book?
It may be cliche, but Kitchen Confidential will always be my favorite book.
