Anything made by Chef Marcy. Although I make a mean southern fried chicken, myself. And I rarely meet a salad I don’t like.

So many to choose from. Here’s two:

I planned one of the last Grateful Dead concerts while Jerry Garcia was alive in Eugene Oregon.

Until I was six years old, I grew up traveling with the carnival, then again as an adult by myself from age 19 – 20.

Ultimate vacation destination?
It would be a dream come true to go to New Zealand or Australia.

Dream dinner party guests?
I’m filling my dream dinner party 8 chairs with Trevor Noah, Malcom Gladwell, Oprah, Bob Marley, John Stewart, Chelsea Handler and my parents. This would be a hoot!
