After a summer full of beautiful, romantic weddings, it’s fun to get a little creepy! Vibrant Table Catering & Events helped Sharon throw a halloween party that rocked her guests’ expectations. Her thank-you card was so long, she had to continue the raves on three additional sheets of paper!
Our services included catering, creative consultation, and decor. Sharon’s letter also provides a glimpse of the sort of on-the-move decisions and creative work-arounds required of event professionals.

Good Morning Kurt!
I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your staff.
Kyle has a great personality and is a pleasure to work with. He took charge and needed no direction. Lisa (love the purple wig!) and Josh (great Big-Screen voice!) also did their jobs very well.
Everyone loved the food – in fact, there was hardly anything left over to box at the end of the night! I know that at least a few of our guests were so impressed that they requested Vibrant Table business cards from Kyle.
Page’s over-the-top Barbie wreath, the balloons in the pool, and her noir floral arrangement were outstanding! I love it that she “gets” me! I also was impressed by how she handled situations when things didn’t work at as planned. For example, originally the balloons were supposed to have LEDs in them, but the balloons kept popping, so she went to Plan B: she scattered the LEDs in the pool instead. Brilliant!
She also had to come back twice to figure out a different way to weight the ballons. She has a real “can do” attitude! She also comes up with great ideas on the spot!
Katy, one of the chefs, also had to deal with adversity: she plugged the 2 ovens and warmer into our garage and tripped a circuit. She didn’t get flustered or upset. After Scott reset the breaker, she plugged in only one oven, and used a sterno burner for the other.
I am so impressed that your staff can handle any situation that occurs.
And finally, thanks to Meg for putting the proposal together. I appreciate her flexibility.
It was a very successful party, and I would definitely request the same team for any future event we plan with Vibrant Table.
