Chef Eric Petrus believes that the best dishes start with the freshest ingredients. Grounded by a degree in Psychology, he applies a collaborative approach to creative recipes showcasing local ingredients.
Chef Eric joins us with over 15 years of executive catering and fine-dining experience. He has worked with many noteworthy establishments including Gourmet Galley Catering in North Stonington, Connecticut, Bayou Desiard Country Club in Monroe, Louisiana, and Cristiano Ristorante in Houma, Louisiana.
In early 2014, Vibrant Table invited Chef Petrus to lead our talented culinary team. He made the cross-country move to Portland with his wife and young daughter. We welcome him with open arms!
